Vince moved to Tempe Arizona in 1985 from Honolulu, Hawaii to attend Arizona State University, and later The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird). He started a small business doing apartment turnover work, and has been around real estate in some form or fashion ever since.

Real Estate Investment began as a hobby, and over the years has turned into a specialty.
